What's included in the free trial?

The 14-day free trial includes full access to all Essential plan features. Pro (AI Co-Pilot) features are not included in the trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Will I be charged automatically after the trial?

If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, your selected plan will be charged automatically. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

What's the difference between Essential and Pro plans?

Essential provides structured clinical templates with voice documentation and field-level AI assistance. Pro includes everything in Essential, plus the AI Co-Pilot — a conversational assistant that can generate and populate notes from live speech — as well as priority support.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can request to switch between monthly and annual billing at any time by contacting our support team. If upgrading from monthly to annual, the change can take effect immediately. If switching from annual to monthly, the change will apply at the end of your current annual billing period. Annual payments are non-refundable.

Do you offer pricing for dental practices with multiple clinicians?

Yes. We support dental practices with multiple clinicians under a single organisation. Custom pricing is available for practices purchasing multiple licences. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and setup options.

Does it integrate with my practice management software?

Dental Notes Assistant does not currently integrate directly with practice management systems. Notes can be copied and pasted into your existing software. We are exploring integration options as APIs become available from practice management providers.

Is my patient data secure?

We take data security seriously. The platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and strict access controls. We continuously review our processes to align with UK GDPR requirements.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew automatically. Payments already made (monthly or annual) are non-refundable.
